Posted on 6th September, 2023

Thank you to OutStories Bristol for inviting us to give this talk! We’ll be giving a light-hearted lecture on the Museum inspirations of John Addington Symonds and their bums.
This lecture is held by OutStories Bristol in collaboration with the University of Bristol Institute of Greece, Rome, and the Classical Tradition (IGRCT). It is an annual celebration of the life of John Addington Symonds (1840-1893), Bristol-based writer, art historian and pioneer of homosexual rights.
The lecture is free and open to everyone. After the talk and Q&A, which will last around an hour, you are welcome to join us for tea/coffee.
The event will also be streamed online via Zoom.
